Do you ship oil during the winter?

Yes, we ship olive oil year-round. During winter months, oil can freeze in transit, but it will not affect the quality of the oil. 

What happens if my oil arrives frozen? 

If your oil arrives frozen, we recommend giving it time to come back to room temperature, ideally 62°F-75°F. The waxes will dissipate, and the oil will become liquid again. There will be no issues with the product safety seals or caps, they are not affected by a temperature change.

My oil is cloudy - is it safe to eat? 

Occasionally, after the oil has come back to room temperature, there will be a cloudy layer at the bottom or even wax particles throughout the bottle. This is completely normal and is not a health or quality concern.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes. 

Has my order shipped?

We are currently updating our shipping notification system. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing 'My Orders'

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days based on the delivery location. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement. We are currently updating our shipping notification system, but you can find the tracking number in your account details. 

Currently we do not ship on the weekends, so orders received on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

What states do you ship to?

We currently ship only to destinations within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. 

Do you ship to my country?

    We currently only ship to the United States. 

    How do I get my order tracking information?

    To track your order, sign into your account and view the details of your order in the 'My Orders' section. Your tracking number will appear in your order history. 

    How do you calculate shipping charges?

    Shipping charges are determined by FedEx rates and are based on how much you order and your delivery location.
