Adapted from a recipe by Wholesome Yum
Keto Pancakesyields 6 pancakes
1 cup almond Flour
1/4 cup coconut Flour
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
5 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice
1/4 cup Keto Walnut Oil Blend
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
- Whisk all of the ingredients together until they are the consistency of normal pancake batter
- Preheat a pan on the stove over medium-low heat and drizzle Keto Walnut Oil Blend in the pan
- Drop the batter onto the hot pan. Cover and cook until bubbles begin to form, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Top with your favorite toppings, serve, and enjoy!
