Caprese Salad with Keto Walnut Blend
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup gruyere
15 basil leaves
1/4 cup Walnut Olive Oil Keto Blend
3 tbsp white balsamic or regular balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper
- Halve cherry tomatoes. Dice gruyere into 1/4 inch cubes. Tear or chop basil leaves into medium pieces.
- Combine tomatoes, cheese, and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with Keto blend oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix it all together and enjoy!
